If you're about to purchase a used vehicle or car in Bellevue, WA or are in possession of a vehicle that you don't know the history of, it is highly recommended to have it thoroughly inspected. Your personal safety and the safety of others may depend on the condition of the vehicle.
Vehicle ownership can be expensive especially when repairs are due, so gaining knowledge about potentially needed repairs prior to purchase could save you a lot of money and grief. Inspection results may also give you negotiating power to ensure you acquire the vehicle at a fair price for its current condition. Even if you are purchasing a used vehicle from a large name-brand car dealer, it is still a good idea to have it inspected elsewhere. It is not uncommon for relatively new cars to have multiple problems gone unnoticed during the dealership’s used car inspection or accident damage repairs completed without records on a Carfax report.
Pre-Purchase / Used Vehicle Inspections are available Monday through Friday 8am to 3pm by appointment only. The cost of the inspection is $175.00 plus tax ( see prices above ). After we complete the inspection, we provide you with a detailed 75-point inspection sheet containing our findings.
This inspection does not include an engine compression test. Compression tests are performed only upon request and at an additional cost (varies per vehicle and engine type/size). If we discover a problem during our Used Vehicle Inspection, we may recommend a compression test.
